Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I started school for XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a XXXX XXXX for this tuition the Pell Grant specifically stated what the itemized issues with the money was going to be used for this included tuition materials student transportation also the student for food and rent and most definitely to pay the school after 3 months of being in school working on a laptop I never received one penny from this grant my understanding was they were going to buy me a laptop pin paper materials books rulers things that I needed to continue in school I never received anything I had to buy my own laptop with my own money after 3 months of this they sent me a bill in the mail saying I own {$600.00} for tuition I contacted the federal government and they stated that they were paying the grant was on its way I didn't have any more money to continue buying materials that I needed for class so I dropped up under the understanding is that the school did not provide what they said they were going to provide for me in order to continue being schooled that is my dispute so I'm not paying them back no matter what I didn't receive nothing and I still have to pay their money no the grant was for me not for them

I have reported the attached accounts to all three credit reporting agencies and they have not corrected this information. I filed Identity theft packets as directed by the police and investigators to have these fraudulent accounts removed immediately. No action has been taken to remove these fraudulent accounts.

Consumer Complaint: I.C Systems sent me a letter trying to collect a debt from XXXX, stating that I did not return a piece of equipment. When I closed my XXXX account I brought both pieces of equipment as directed by XXXX to XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX XXXX XXXX FL on XX/XX/XXXX, I received a receipt, however over a year later I am unable to locate that receipt. When I received the letter from IC Systems I called them on XX/XX/2022 and spoke to XXXX XXXX # XXXX, and she told me to dispute the collection I had to send in a written request. I sent the written request that day on XX/XX/2022. I then called in on XX/XX/2022 and spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX and he told me the account has already been disputed and the letter was not received yet. I then called in today XX/XX/2022 and asked if the letter had been received. XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX informed the letter was received today XX/XX/2022, 34 days after I sent it. I asked XXXX XXXX when the file was disputed and she told me it was disputed on XX/XX/2022. She told they had 60 days. I informed her the creditor has 30 days from the time of the dispute to validate the collection or it could not be placed on my credit report. XXXX then transferred me to a supervisor, XXXX XXXX # XXXX and he told me that we just received the letter today and that they had an additional 30 days. I argued that, XXXX screwed up by filing the dispute on my original call on XX/XX/2022 and started the 30 collection verification clock. 30 days has already passed and the collection has not been validated and they can not put this collection on my credit report. He seemed unaware of the timelines required to validate a collection and said they had more time. He then told me that this was all of the information that they could give me and ended the call.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has reported a medical debt to my credit which I was not aware of from XXXX XXXX. They has been no proper communications about this debt when then last time that I have spoke with them on the phone asked for record of this debt. They informed me they would send me the documentation, but I have not received it. I sent them a certified letter asking for REQUEST FOR VALIDATION OF DEBT and they did not respond within the 30 days allowed within the letter. I sent a 2nd letter informing them they that they did not respond in a timely manner therefor I am requesting them to remove this harmful reporting to my credit. I yet again have not received any response.

Negative reporting is defamation of character. according to 15 usc 1692k ( a ) ( 1 ) I have the right to collect ACTUAL DAMAGES. this negative reporting on my credit report has cost me securing a new car. I C system is extorting me by reporting on my credit for this alleged debt. Cease and desist communication. You will receive a letter in writing via certified mail.
