Consumer Complaint: I have a proof showing that my bank took out my payment. The mortgage told me as long as I pay before the XXXX of the month it would not affect my score or report which had never been a problem for months which i have done. They messed up my credit score from XXXX to XXXX which is a high low drop for the score which upsets me more. I've called, and i have emailed them and they KEEP demanding it's CORRECT however I have a bank statement that shows IT WAS TAKEN OUT ON THE SAME MONTH of the XXXX that was PAID before XXXX OF THE MONTH and it is marked " LATE PAYMENT ''. But I have paid in the same XXXX month and yet my report shows deliquency one month late on XXXX. Please have the mortgage fix and remove the XXXX late payment and convert to current as I demand that i have a bank statement that shows it did took out on XX/XX/2022.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX. I went through the approval process, and I was approved on XX/XX/XXXX with a " Guaranteed of funds '' to the mortgage company. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email to bring my balance below {$65000.00} to have them pay the mortgage company. That was completed and proof was sent on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, i received an email with a denial due to no deliquency. I called the homeowners assistance program to get further information and they advise me to call the mortgage company as the mortgage company had sent them information that I was no longer delinquent. I have had a balance since XXXX, I do not understand why they would claim that I am not delinquent. I have contacted the mortgage company multiple times and they claim to email the department that handles those requests and I have spoken to supervisors in regard to it as well and no resolution has been reached. They do not have any updates for me. Case # XXXX ( Homeowner assistance program ) Freedom Mortgage is my mortgage company.

Consumer Complaint: Good day, In XXXX my life finances changed due to Covid I then applied for the Covid forbearance program and made some payments in between at the end of the program I had a balance est XXXX I then decided my best option which was given to me by my Lender company is to apply for a Loan Modification I was placed on a trial period of 3 months with payment of XXXX I made all of the payments in a timely matter. After the 3 months, I called numerous regarding the paperwork for the XXXX modification I was told more than twice that the underwriters are behind and they will notify me. On the XXXX month of the modification I received the paperwork ( after XX/XX/XXXX ) with no notice just paperwork, I called freedom mortgage they then advised that the paperwork needs to be notarized and sent back Everything was done and sent back before the due date. About a week later I received a call from the lender stating that the paperwork they sent was incorrect and the notary needs to put the stamp in between the lines then I was made aware that they have a company XXXX that will send a notary to my home. I received the XXXX set of paperwork after XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX and scheduled an appointment which was canceled due to system issues and was rescheduled for XX/XX/XXXX all of the paperwork was done and sent to the lender, I called in to make a payment of XXXX ( my agreed amount ) that's when I was made aware that my paperwork was not approved due an error the notary made on the date ( wrote wrong year then try to write over it with the correct year ) I then advise them that he did not use the paperwork I received from them he had the paperwork with him I was then told by the lender to call and scheduled another appointment, I then called XXXX I was then made aware I have no open ticket I went back and forth with XXXX and freedom mortgage for weeks then I was told that new paperwork was sent out to me but I never received them called a few time and was told that an email was sent out this was told to me over 4 times still nothing no word no contact on their end. I called in this Monday and made a payment of XXXX, I was then made aware that my Loan modification was rejected due to paperwork. I then made her aware of everything that had taken place she then advise that she would put in a request stating all of the concerns but was not able to take down the confirmation number for the payment she did ask to call XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX regarding the request. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX and didn't receive anything so once again I called the lender and was then made aware that they need to submit a new request for a Loan modification she then stated if rejected then by XX/XX/XXXX the process of foreclosure would start. Also inquired about my payment that was made on XXXX I made her aware that I don't see the payment posted on my banking account she then advised because the Loan was rejected which made no sense she then stated that it may be an issue with my bank because she sees the payment that was made on XX/XX/XXXX. After a sleepless night, I called my bank they have no payment submitted I called the lender back and asked for the confirmation number they were unable to provide it. After my XXXX call today, I was then made aware that they see a payment was attempted but not completed she then re-took my payment of XXXX conf # XXXX XXXX I add in the midst of all this I keep asking for a supervisor and was never contacted to. Thank you for your time.

Consumer Complaint: Freedom Mortgage currently services my mortgage. I completed their process to have PMI removed from my account. I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating the PMI on my loan has been terminated. I called to clarify my XXXX payment amount, and the representative did not know about the cancellation and referred my account to another department. I verified on Freedom Mortgage 's website the funds in my escrow were sufficient to make a PMI payment before subtracting that amount from my XXXX payment. I was later called and told I was past due by the amount of the PMI. The representative confirmed that the PMI had been canceled and there were sufficient escrow funds to make payment. At this time, I had already remitted my XXXX payment, again subtracting the PMI. After the representative advised I was past due, I logged onto the Freedom Mortage website and made a payment equivalent to two months of PMI. I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX advising I did not make my full monthly payment. The letter stated, " To apply the payment to your account, we have reduced the escrow portion of your payment by the difference between the full payment and the payment received. '' Today, my credit score went down XXXX points because Freedom Mortgage reported me as past due. Given that I have made both monthly payments and they sent a letter advising my payment was applied, I dispute this as proper credit reporting.

Consumer Complaint: good evening, I started the applications process back on XXXX/XXXX. I uploaded every document that XXXX XXXX needed to start my application process. I once had a case worker, that was extremely hard to reach. I attempted to contact her via email, calls, messaging center, etc. Come XXXX i no longer had anyone working in my case. I would call once or twice a week to see the progress for my application. Each person ive spoke with stated that they would send the requested documents over to XXXX XXXX, but would never do so. My application has been stuck in the 3rd process since XXXX! I reached out to everyone that i possibly could along with my new mortgage holder ( freedom mortgage ). they recently purchased my home loan back in XXXX. I have attempted to call, email, and reach out the the messaging center but nobody will respond. I eventually got in touch with someone named XXXX, but he was little to no help and would also not respond. At XXXX every morning, their phone lines are busy and nobody would answer. your call is then place on a callback, in which would result in nobody calling you back. Myself and my children will lose everything in the hands of a program that was meant to XXXX families in need. Freedom mortgage has a reached out and of course, nobody would contact them back this is very very stressful as i have applied eight months ago and my application is constantly shoved off, nobody helps me, i spend hours a day attempting to move the process along, all for nothing. Im in desperate need of someone to help me. Freedom mortgage also sat on the phone with me for over an hour in attempt to speak to someone at XXXX XXXX, but of course nobody answers and nobody calls back.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a home on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ma XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Since all payments have been made accordingly and XXXX different companies have owned the mortgage without any issues. As of approximately XX/XX/XXXX Freedom Mortgage accepted ownership of the mortgage and problems with insurance immediately began by such mortgage ceasing all insurance payments to XXXX insurance through XXXX. Our insurance nearly lapsed as a result and we immediately made payment in order to avoid such lapse. We contacted freedom mortgage in order to correct the situation which they agreed had been a mistake. On approximately XX/XX/XXXX we received a letter from freedom mortgage insurance department indicating that they would be purchasing insurance for us a a substantially higher cost and retain the escrowed insurance payments. We again contacted freedom and disagreed with the decision instructing them to again contact XXXX and solve the matter as representatives for the insurance company were waiting. Lastly on XX/XX/XXXX after having made yet another mortgage payment, I contacted freedom mortgage to inquire about the issue No yet resolved but no attempt or information has been provided nor resolution to the problem. This concerns me immensely since it is one of the very reasons these companies use to initiate foreclosure action on a renovated, increased value home that my husband and I purchased at a higher cost with some problems needing repairs. Id truly appreciate a stronger hand in getting this matter resolved since I have evidently not made myself clear enough on the resolution attempts. Your assistance is truly greatly appreciated. Thank you XXXX XXXX
