So no 53 Bank shouldn't be allowed to close my card with charges that aren't mine : because I am not paying for {$200.00} charges that aren't mine, and the 53 rep couldn't find where the charges are coming from!

You can CLEARLY SEE that FIFTH THIRD BANK had crossed out a signature from XXXX and digitally added the name of their bank and a random signature that I do not recognize and did not authorize... there is no date associated with these signatures that they recently forged and there is no original, notarized, legally obtained document that had FIFTH THIRD BANK on it at all. ALL CLAIMS FIFTH THIRD BANK HAVE ARE NULL AND VOID, THERE IS NO CONTRACT, AND I FIRMLY EMPHASIZE MY DISGUST AND COMPLETE SUPRISE THAT THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIONS have been ignored and seeming accepted by CFPB and I demand remedy. And I had a situation that a payment was pending in between wisely. Or XXXX XXXX Kept dropping the payment so I called the company 's both companies. XXXX XXXX told me that they could not pull the money from wisely 's account because they was not releasing that payment. At all so I contact XXXX XXXX to see. What was the issue why they wouldn't release my mortgage money? And from what I was told XXXX XXXX XXXX kept dropping the payments. I don't know who was telling me the truth. So what I did was Was transferred the money to another count. Because I didn't want to be late for my mortgage payment for XX/XX/XXXX I have my XXXX XXXX To please send me a letter showing that this money was in the account before. I had transferred this money into a new account. I can not get them to give me a letter. They keep telling me to take it up with XXXX XXXX did not have anything to do with my money That was ended account before I transferred it to a new account. The money was there at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They would not release this money to this XXXX. XXXX at all. So this is why I transfer the money from XXXX to XXXX XXXX. Because I was getting the run around from both companies. I have been waiting on a letter and a supervisor from my XXXX XXXX. No one 's contact me and now that this on my credit report has been negative. I was never late between XXXX XXXX And my wife was playing games with me. I don't know who was telling the truth. I've been waiting for a while for a letter stating that this money was in my XXXX account before. I transfer this money to the other account. I'm not understanding. Why would they put this on my credit report as me being late when both companies? Told me lies, so I'm asking for help. Because this is on my credit report as negative and that's not cool So I have Uploaded both bank information. So I'm hoping I get the help that I need. Because one of those companies told me a big lie.

Since 5/3 services my loan for my XXXX XXXX, I transfer money from my local bank, XXXX, via external account each month for mortgage payments on each of the XXXX loans. On XX/XX/2023, there was an 'account verify ' charge that was deducted from my XXXX account of {$0.00} from XXXX XXXX, then added back. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX charges was were deducted, {$2400.00}, then {$2400.00}. This happened again on XX/XX/XXXX with smaller charges, then on XX/XX/XXXX {$1500.00} was deducted for a total of {$6400.00}. The representative came to my home gave me a quote of XXXX $ and I would receive a XXXX credit of XXXX $ approximately. And gave me a finance option with their partner DIVIDEND FINANCIAL. The quote I got was XXXX $ a month and told me that if I didnt pay back the XXXX XXXX of XXXX $ back to DIVIDEND FINANCIAL then my XXXX XXXX go up after 18 months from the loan initiation time. Now DIVIDEND FINANCIAL has increased my principal balance from XXXX $ to XXXX $ and when I asked for an explanation they say the payments of XXXX $ I am making is not lower than the interest accrued each month and hence the remaining balance is being added to my principal balance and is being compounded. I contacted XXXX and they told there is nothing they can help me with it and DIVIDEND FINANCIAL is not helping either. Please help me resolve the issue. My only concern is the principal balance being increased even after regular payments. I havent missed even a single payment till date. Thank you!!!. My lender also did not do their due diligence PRIOR to paying contractor. Now Dividend Finance is trying to put a lien on my house and demanding payments. There were many violations that XXXX XXXX violated and was obvious to Dividend Finance. I emailed Dividend Finance informing them that the panels were not properly installed and they ignored me. I also have requested documents to be sent to me on my complete file, proof of installation meeting each milestone per loan contract and any documentation giving XXXX XXXX permission to pay XXXX XXXX in advance without my consent or the project even being completed.

Consumer Complaint: I never signed a contract with Dividend which means my signature was forged. The sales rep through XXXX XXXX lied to us and said that in order for the solar panels to run efficiently we would need XXXX of our big oak trees to be cut down ( XXXX XXXX was supposed to pay for the trees to get cut down ). They never cut our trees down. We called them almost every week and would get the same response " XXXX XXXX is still working to find a contracting tree company, we were never able to speak with a supervisor either when we requested it. The sales rep said our bill between XXXX and our electric company would be no more than {$300.00} a month. Some months were paying over {$700.00} a month ( no cost savings whatsoever ). They never cut our trees down. My parents ended up paying to have our trees cut down which cost over {$7000.00} to do. Panels were placed on our roof approximately XX/XX/XXXX but were not act/ive until XX/XX/XXXX. Dividend XXXX auto-debited my account on XX/XX/XXXX without the panels being active. I spoke with XXXX XXXX and they paid the monthly solar bill of {$180.00} to Dividend up until XX/XX/XXXX. We were lied to from the beginning and our bills have yet to be under {$300.00} between Dividend and our electric company even with our trees being recently cut down XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX also advised we would get a 30 % tax credit so not sure if we will even get that when we file our taxes next year. With that being said, our Dividend payment jumped from {$180.00} now to {$250.00} effective XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX has now furloughed all their employees and closed their days as of XX/XX/XXXX. Consumer Complaint: This complaint pertains to Consumer Fraud by XXXX XXXX and Dividend Fifth Third Bank. Dividend is under a " Solar Lending Probe '' by the Securities and Exchange Commission and has had to pay {$8.00} XXXX in penalties. I meet with a XXXX XXXX salesman at my house and was told that with solar my electric bill would be {$96.00} a month total. I went into agreement with XXXX XXXX with this understanding. Never was there a mention of a XXXX from a Second party. My contract with XXXX XXXX was on XX/XX/XXXX with a completion date of XX/XX/XXXX. Work was not started until XXXX XXXX completion date of XXXX XXXX. The XXXX XXXX happened due to Dividend paid XXXX XXXX with no documentation of operational equipment. Also I was billed by Dividend for XXXX equipment in XXXX and XXXX. When I notified Dividend of this problem I was told to bad you still have to pay or we will lean your home. Also the signature on the XXXX document are a forgery not mine. There are hundreds of consumers that have had the same thing happen.
