Consumer Complaint: Over the span of several years, I have consistently contested inaccuracies on my credit report. Despite my requests for detailed information from Experian, I have yet to receive the specific information I seek. Each time I inquire about the individuals they communicated with, including names and badge numbers, I am met with a lack of transparency, receiving only a generic verification response. This recurring pattern of insufficient disclosure raises concerns about a potential violation of my rights. I firmly believe that the absence of detailed information hinders my ability to address and rectify inaccuracies in my credit report. Given the continuous infringement on my rights by this company, I contend that all disputed entries should be expunged from my credit account.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX has been asked several times to remove the 2 negative accounts reporting by XXXX XXXX as they are inaccurate for 2 reasons They are constantly reporting monthly these accounts as a charge off status when they are also claiming they have written the debt off which means they should not be reporting it as a charge off monthly if it has been written off and I have requested the cancelled debt form they are required to give for all written off debts of {$600.00} or more I also provided XXXX with court documentation showing that when I was taken to court by XXXX XXXXXXXX for the debts that the debts and case were dismissed by the courts and XXXX still refuses to remove those accounts from my report they continue to allow XXXX XXXXXXXX to " tell '' them that the reporting is valid even when I am " showing them '' through legal documentation that it is not. That is not fair to me as a consumer because as they continue to allow these accounts to stay on my report it is negatively impacting and preventing me from obtains credit based products due to this false reporting. I am requesting that they REMOVE those 2 accounts from my report immediately to solve this complaint as not doing so is in violation of the Fair credit reporting act. Last conversation with an XXXX representative after being hung up on twice and then directed to call another number that was not valid for XXXX was on XX/XX/ at XXXX cst. this is my 6th attempt in over 8 months to get these accounts removed from my credit report and they are still refusing and allowing untrue and unverified information from my report even after they have been provided court documented proof saying that the creditor didn't validate it, why would they if they want to continue to negatively impact my report I believe my reason for uploading proof is to prove that what they are reporting and continuing to validate is untrue and not valid.

Consumer Complaint: I received my consumer reports from all 3 of the major Credit reporting agencies and found numerous violations on my report, they are as follows : Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, specifically 15 USC 1681, section 602a, it is imperative to ensure that consumer reporting agencies uphold their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and due regard for the consumer 's right to privacy. XXXX, XXXX, and Experian, recognized as consumer reporting agencies, are entities with which I, as the consumer, maintain a relationship. It is essential to assert my right to safeguard private information, a right substantiated by 15 USC 6801, whereby Congress mandates financial institutions to affirmatively and continually respect the privacy of their clientele. In the context of the Furnishers of information to credit agencies, identified as financial institutions under relevant regulations, as per 15 USC 1681, section 604a ( 2 ), the disclosure of consumer reports is contingent upon the receipt of written instructions from the concerned consumer. It is pertinent to underscore that neither verbal nor written consent, in any form, has been provided, and unequivocally, all consent is hereby revoked. Under the stipulations of 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ), financial institutions are prohibited from disclosing nonpublic personal information unless consumers are apprised of the mechanisms enabling the exercise of the nondisclosure option. Regrettably, the Furnisher of information to credit agencies failed to inform me of my right to exercise this option. Furthermore, the violation of 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ), which prohibits consumer reporting agencies from including adverse information without authorization, is evident. The reported adverse item lacks the requisite permission, thereby contravening the statutory framework ( ie none of the accuracies on my report are indicative of ANY crime, and are adversely affecting my ability to obtain credit and MUST be removed promptly ). Drawing attention to 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A, it is explicitly stated that no entity shall furnish information to a consumer reporting agency if it is known or reasonably believed to be inaccurate. XXXX and Experian, in this regard, may be in contravention of the aforementioned statute. In light of 15 U.S. Code 1681e, it is mandated that consumer reporting agencies maintain reasonable procedures to prevent violations and restrict the furnishing of consumer reports to specific purposes outlined in section 1681b. Notably, XXXX and Experian appear to be deficient in maintaining such reasonable procedures. Finally, as per 12 CFR 1016.7, the right to opt out of reporting services is expressly granted to consumers. In accordance with this provision, I hereby exercise my right to opt out of the reporting services provided by the aforementioned agencies.
