Consumer Complaint: F.C.R.A. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 clearly says " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' I, XXXX XXXX, am the Consumer, and XXXX, Experian, and XXXX are all consumer reporting agencies. I know I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared, and I know that my right is backed by 15 U.S.C. 6801 as it says " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 ( 2 ) says that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the financial institution and the consumer reporting agencies XXXX, Experian, and XXXX, DO NOT have my consent to furnish this information and I have never given them my written consent as well. Any and all consent to XXXX, Experian, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, or anything otherwise, is now officially revoked. To my knowledge, 15 U.S.C. 6802 ( b ) ( c ) clearly says that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, never informed me, at any time, of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. I am aware that 15 U.S.C. 1681C ( a ) ( 4 ) ( 5 ) states " Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information : 'accounts placed for collection or charged to profit and loss which antedate the report by more than seven years, ' and also, 'any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. ' '' This account shows that it has a " charged-off '' status and that is clearly an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is without a doubt, against the law. 15 U.S.C. 1681s2 ( A ) ( XXXX ) says " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. I am aware that no person, including XXXX, Experian, and XXXX, are not allowed to furnish any information relating to me, as a federally protected consumer, if I have reasons to believe the information is inaccurate, yet all three listed consumer reporting agencies have not removed any previously disputed accounts including the " charged-off '' account associated with the financial institution, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX am fully aware that 15 U.S.C. 1681e states " Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under 1681b of this title. XXXX, Experian, and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures to maintain accurate information as all three credit reporting agencies show different inaccuracies in regards to the account associated with the financial institution, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Finally, I am also fully aware 12 C.F.R. 1016.7 says that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am exercising my right and I am opting out of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). [ Describe the specific inaccuracies on your credit report. Include any incorrect transactions, erroneous account details, or other errors. ] According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. Based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of the results of your investigation. Enclosed are copies of documents supporting my claim for your review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that the inaccurate information be corrected or removed from my credit report at the earliest.
