I also told them I was a victim of id theft, and that the entirety of my credit report including all inquiries and accounts were not mine. As a XXXX I should not have a credit report. I asked to have it all investigated and all information removed. I am now XXXX XXXX of age as of writing this. The id theft occurred when I was XXXX years of age. I did not authorize anyone to add or create for me. The credit reporting agencies did nothing but delete a few things but everything should have been deleted. I provided all documentation such as ssn card, government issued id, ftc id theft report, and a local police report, I also wrote a letter addressing my concerns and what id like done to resolve this issue. but, again this company did not help. so now I write a complaint because at XXXX XXXX XXXX I should be building my credit. all the information is fraud and needs to be removed immediately.
