Consumer Complaint: As you may already know, credit reporting laws mandate that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information. Yet, you have included erroneous information on my credit profile, which is a clear violation of the law. I demand that the following information be investigated immediately. I respectfully request that you provide proof of these alleged items, specifically the contract, note, or other instrument bearing my signature. Consumer Complaint: Experian is dishonestly conducting business, after disputing and verifying the same accounts with the same information with the other two companies ( XXXX, and XXXX ) my credit was on track to be completely restored to my once perfect record. However they did not delete one single thing, they actually added accounts that werent previously recorded, so some how I decided to go back to XXXX after switching from my current service oXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I apparently owe the XXXX for WHAT.?? I give them my Identity theft FTC report, and they say nope not not good enough and deny ALL my disputes which for the most part have ALL been deleted from all other Companies moving me from a XXXX to XXXX in XXXX months, and with experian playing their games its heading backwards. For accounts that ARE NOT MINE.!!

Consumer Complaint: Experian is has violating my rights according to the FCRA. I have the right to privacy according to 15 U.S. Code 1681 Section 604 A Section 2. I have never given Experian consent to report anything on my consumer report. These accounts are not 100 % accurate and are not IAW the FCRA. Delete these Late Payments and Update my Payment History to XXXX Status. Inaccurate Accounts : XXXX- # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX ( Debt included in XXXX ) DELETE because Debt included in Bankruptcy, and XXXX XXXX XXXX- # XXXX. Violations of my consumer rights are as follows : 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) - Definitions ; rules of construction- Exclusions- Except as provided in paragraph the term " consumer report '' does not include any report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A- States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A- Section 2 : States a CRA can not furnish an account without my written instructions ; I never gave anyone written instructions. 15 U.S.C. 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) States no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any other adverse item of information. Experian also ignored 15 U.S.C. 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Experian is Illegally reporting Open and Closed accounts with Balances, as Charged-Off ( CO, CO, CO... ) and Late Monthly. Experian is also ignoring this Law : 15 U.S.C. 1666 ( b ) ( 4 ) - Billing Errors, and 15 U.S.C. 1681e : Compliance procedures. My credit report must be 100 % accurate and it is not.
