Consumer Complaint: I requested a copy of my credit from Annual Credit Report. Experian updated my credit report information on XX/XX/XXXX after I filed a complaint on XX/XX/XXXX. Through review I found that Experian failed to a stay in compliance with reasonable procedures to maintain the accuracy of my information on my credit report pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC 1681e. Not only did they admit to the inaccuracy of my previous information but they still display inaccurate information on my credit report despite making the " corrections ''. The inaccurate information could lead to adverse actions such as identity fraud and possibly more. By not maintaining the accuracy of my information they have willfully violated my rights under 15 USC 1681n, Civil Liability for noncompliance. Consumer Complaint: The fraudulent accounts in question have not been acknowledged or authorized by me, and their inclusion on my credit report is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I have been a victim of identity theft, resulting in fraudulent accounts tarnishing my credit history. It has come to my attention that despite multiple attempts to rectify this situation, the fraudulent accounts continue to be inaccurately reported on my credit file. I find it deeply perplexing that your agency continues to ignore my requests for the removal of these fraudulent accounts. The other credit bureaus have acted diligently in response to my dispute, and I fail to understand why your bureau is not complying with the law and industry standards. XXXX XXXX XXXX -PLEASE DELETE!!! XXXX and XXXX have already removed this account from their records. There was an error present & they were able to find it. I'm confused how you've verified it while the other bureaus have removed. Please delete this from my file. It is inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or unverifiable.
