Consumer Complaint: I filed a complaint with CFPB XX/XX/XXXX. That complaint # is XXXX. The company responded but did not provide all of the information I requested. Their response says one of the unauthorized inquiries on my report was not found. That inquiry was made by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. It was listed on my Experian report as " completed by Experian XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. '' I still need details of this fraudulent access to my file as I do not now or in the past have any relationship with said company. Additionally, the XXXX inquiries by XXXX XXXX were deleted by Experian since my last complaint, but without providing me the details of the fraudulent inquiries in question. I would like to have full disclosure of each transaction executed by Experian. I am also concerned about the use/sale/sharing of my personal information. I have opted out of the sharing/sale of my personal information by Experian several times. But never received confirmation that my choices are recorded on my file and honored. XX/XX/XXXX I used the online form on the Experian website thats provided to opt out of sale/sharing of my personal information. I received a confirmation # XXXX. However, when I called back to follow up whether my opt out has even processed, I was told they could not find my reference # that was generated by their web form. I asked then for the representative to opt me out of the sale/sharing of my personal information. I was told I would receive email confirmation, but again, I never received one. I called their opt out line XXXX XXXX XXXX. I emailed Consumerprivacy.experian.com. I emailed XXXX. I never received a confirmation response. On XX/XX/XXXX, case # XXXX, I again used the web form on the Experian website to opt out. And I immediately called to ask when I could expect to receive confirmation my request was processed. I was told to call back within XXXX business days. I called back XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX and was told there is no record of any opt out of the sale/sharing of my personal information. So, again, I asked if the representative could place the request for me. I was told this time that it takes up to 45 days. And that I would receive email confirmation. As of today, I still have not received confirmation. I have reason to believe I will never receive any confirmation. I am asking Experian to kindly provide a trustworthy way for me and all consumers to reliably exercise our rights to privacy. I would also like to have confirmation that my privacy choices have been received and properly processed.
