I sent a letter, it's more than 60days. I need these accounts deleted or updated. These are the items I demanding to be deleted immediately : 1. Experian stated on letter that they verified as accurate this bankruptcy account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Find attached letter and report from Experian. Attached certified letter from XXXX XXXX stating they removed the bankruptcy on XX/XX/2023 because this data was inaccurate and unverifiable. As a victim of identity theft since XXXX of XXXX, I have been dealing with the repercussions of my stolen SSN, driver 's license in XXXX and GA, DOB, as well as my addresses and companies I've worked for being used to create fraudulent accounts. While I have taken several steps to address this issue, including contacting the appropriate authorities and filing reports, I have encountered some difficulties in resolving this matter with XXXX XXXX. Despite providing the company with an ITC report, they have refused to remove the information, which has only added to my frustration and sense of victimization.
