Consumer Complaint: Hi, I can't believe you guys are taking advantage of me. I AM VERY UPSET the credit bureaus have not responded back to me about my investigation. I sent a letter, it's more than 60days. I need these accounts deleted or updated. These are the items I demanding to be deleted immediately : 1. Consumer Complaint: Public Record Account : US Bankruptcy XXXX Experian is falsely stating this bankruptcy account information on my credit report and this a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. 15 U.S Code 1681s-2 DISPUTE HAVE 189 DAYS. Experian stated on letter that they verified as accurate this bankruptcy account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Find attached letter and report from Experian. Attached certified letter from XXXX XXXX stating they removed the bankruptcy on XX/XX/2023 because this data was inaccurate and unverifiable. XXXX and XXXX are not reporting this false bankruptcy account of my credit report. A formal claim was filed # XXXX with Attorney General.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you of a matter that has been causing me significant concern recently. On XX/XX/XXXX, I became aware of an account on my credit report that I believe is the result of identity theft. As a victim of identity theft since XXXX of XXXX, I have been dealing with the repercussions of my stolen SSN, driver 's license in XXXX and GA, DOB, as well as my addresses and companies I've worked for being used to create fraudulent accounts. While I have taken several steps to address this issue, including contacting the appropriate authorities and filing reports, I have encountered some difficulties in resolving this matter with XXXX XXXX. Despite providing the company with an ITC report, they have refused to remove the information, which has only added to my frustration and sense of victimization. I have successfully had the information removed from other companies, including XXXX XXXX, and I am hopeful that XXXX XXXX will also take appropriate action. These have caused me to not be able to receive the credit that is rightfully mine and that I need to live, therefore this has caused hardship in my life. The credit is rightfully mine to receive, and having been denied MY OWN credit because of my credit score ( namely, because of the score being too low because of these hard inquiries ) is discrimination.
