Consumer Complaint: As a victim of identity theft, I submitted a dispute to your bureau, expecting a resolution within the stipulated 30-day timeframe outlined by the FCRA. However, your bureau has extended the investigation period to 60 days without providing any valid reason for such delay. This not only exceeds the legally mandated timeframe but also creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty for me as a consumer. Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the apparent verification of the disputed items without any valid supporting documentation or information provided to me during the dispute process. This raises doubts about the legitimacy of the investigation conducted by your bureau and suggests a lack of transparency in your verification procedures. XXXX XXXX -PLEASE DELETE!!! XXXX have already removed this account from their records. I demand an immediate and comprehensive explanation of the verification process undertaken by your bureau, as well as the specific information that was used to verify the disputed items. The presence of fraudulent accounts on my credit report has severe consequences for my financial well-being, and I expect your bureau to act with the utmost diligence and transparency in addressing this matter.
