Under Section 604 15 U.S. Code 1681 B, it states none of the credit bureaus have the right to report anything on my credit report. 15 U.S. Code 1692 states that upon any disputed item on a consumers credit report, the debt collector shall cease collection of the debt, or any disputed portion thereof. Therefore, this is in violation! According to 15 US Code 681s-2, a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. This collection, by law, MUST be DELETED from my credit report immediately.
