I sent a letter to EXPERIAN on XXXX XXXX Here is the information, but it has been more than 35 days since the credit bureau havent responded thats a violation of 15 U.S. Code1681i Under 15 U.S. Code 1681i -Subject to subsection ( f ) and except as provided in subsection ( g ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller.

Consumer Complaint: The complainant ( " the Consumer '' ) brings this complaint and seeks non-monetary relief from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), Experian XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Experian ), XXXX, XXXX, ( XXXX ), and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) under the FCRA ( 15 U.S.C. 1681, et. seq. ). The Consumer is a natural person and is a person and consumer as defined by the FCRA at 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( b ) and ( c ). At all times material hereto, the Consumer had at least one XXXX as defined under the ADA at 42 U.S.C. 12102. From XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, the consumer sent XXXX, Experian, and XXXX detailed notices disputing the accuracy of his credit reports with respect to XXXX credit card debt. Specifically, the Consumer disputed the patently false date of first delinquency and inaccurate payment history. Upon receiving the Consumers initial CFPB complaints, each of the XXXX, XXXX, Experian, and XXXX, transferred the complaints to their respective consumer credit file dispute units1, and communicated the Consumers dispute notices to XXXX. Initially, neither XXXX, nor Experian, nor XXXX, nor XXXX conducted a reasonable timely investigation after receiving the consumers dispute notices, resulting in the continued reporting of false and misleading derogatory information on the consumers credit reports with respect to XXXX debt. After receiving dispute responses from XXXX, Experian, and XXXX that continued to contain false and inaccurate derogatory information with respect to XXXX debt, the Consumer again sent XXXX, Experian, and XXXX detailed notices disputing the accuracy of his credit reports. XXXX, Experian, and XXXX again communicated the Consumer 's dispute notices to XXXX. XXXX and Experian and XXXX continued thereafter to report false and inaccurate derogatory information on the consumers credit reports with respect to XXXX debt, alleging XXXX verified the accuracy of the information reported. Responding on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to a CFPB XXXX XXXX asked the Consumer to understand that XXXX is responsible for providing [ the information for account ending XXXX ] to the credit reporting agencies ; [ but ] the credit reporting agencies have their own policy for reporting the information that is displayed. The Consumer continues to be a XXXX and thus remains exceptionally vulnerable to the conduct of XXXX, Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. As a result of the conduct of XXXX, Experian, XXXX, and XXXX as alleged above from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, the Consumer has suffered severe ongoing emotional harm including and not limited to frustration, stress, anxiety, worry, damage to reputation, and economic losses including and not limited to damage to his credit, lower credit scores, and lost opportunities to receive credit. He has also failed to obtain stable housing on account of the false and/or inaccurate information furnished by XXXX and persisted in his credit files by the XXXX major CRAs. Consumer Complaint: I opened up this account in XX/XX/2020, this was during the pandemic and as I had to make financial decisions as the prices of everything went drastically up. I tried to do my best contacted the company. Paid what was owed and they choose to close my account. Reporting to the credit bureau, XXXX XXXX is whom I have know them to be. However my credit report with all XXXX credit agencies list different names. Experian Credit Report : list XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Report XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Report XXXX The balance listed on all XXXX credit reports shows different dates. I am not understanding why they are still updating and reporting on an account that is paid and not report any updates on the other credit agencies. It seems it a smear to keep my credit score down.
