Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Consumer Complaint: This letter is being sent to you in response to notices sent to me from your company and more importantly, due to your erroneous reporting to the Credit Bureaus, the highly negative impact on my personal credit report. Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you regarding the following acct attached in document Please provide me with : 1. What the money you say I owe is for. 2. A detailed explanation of how you calculated what you say I owe. 3. Copies of any and all papers that prove I agreed to pay what you say I owe. 4. A verification or copy of any judgment, if applicable. 5. The identity, name, and address of the original creditor. 6. Proof that the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account. 7. But its been over 40 days since Ive sent in dispute letters too all 3 credit bureaus Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. I've been hung up on and mistreated unfairly and There has been no changes to my report and I am fully aware of my consumer rights. once again According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy.
