Consumer Complaint: I have disputed for over a year trying to get help resolving the removal of an account fraudulently used/opened in my name appearing on my credit report. Disputes with experian and XXXX had started early 2023, and they told me they verified I indeed own the account and to take it up with XXXX XXXX. This matter has Been brought up in civil court and dismissed with prejudice, so I have redisputed the fraudulent account with court documents detailing this. Both credit reporting agencies refuse to remove account, and advised me to again either follow up with XXXX XXXX ( who refused to investigate fraud and had to go to court to finally give up on case and dismiss ), or file a complaint. XXXX was able to remove the account from my report with them with same provided documentation.

Consumer Complaint: Moments ago, Experian notified me via email that they have completed the requested investigation of my previous CFPB complaint ( Complaint Number : XXXX ). I am exercising my right per the FCRA to request a reinvestigation. Within the aforementioned complaint, I specifically communicated and requested that ALL entities, due to a laundry list of valid and legal reasons to please promptly and permanently delete their respective accounts, and for any company that chose not to, to provide me with documentation, which I will list below. Three of the five disputed companies did the right thing and deleted the accounts which they were reporting. However, the two companies that did not delete the disputed information were XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX anXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, -which XXXX XXXX is aware and have confirmed to me when contacted, that I was compromised. XXXX has already confirmed to me that they are aware the account is fraudulent, and have told me personally on two occasions that they would remove the account. Both companies have, or used to have, on record, a previously filed and submitted police report and Federal Trade Commission complaint, and neither company has deleted their respective accounts. I have conformed that they have this documentation on two occasions ; once in XXXX, and again in XXXX. I SPECIFICALLY stated in my complaint that ANY CREDITOR/ENTITY THAT CHOOSES TO NOT DELETE THE DISPUTED INFORMATION, MUST THEN 1. PROVIDE ME WITH SUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION OF PROOF, EVIDENCING SAID VERIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNT ( S ) WHICH IS BEING FURNISH, XXXXWHICH WILL HOLD UP IN COURT BECAUSE " ACCOUNT STATEMENTS '' WON'T SUFFICE ; 2. THAT THEY MUST UNDENIABLY PROVE THAT THESE ACCOUNTS AND ALL ASSOCIATED INFORMATION WITH THEM ARE FACTUALLY TRUE, CORRECT, TIMELY, ADEQUATELY COMPLETE, AND OR UNDOUBTABLE ; XXXX. FURTHERMORE PROVE THAT I AM WHOLLY THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY. XXXX XXXX and XXXX did NOT provide me with ANY documentation whatsoever. With that being said, -my name, address, phone number, email, or any other form of public information, real or not, associated with me or not, does not give anyone the right to use that to automatically verify any accounts that do not belong to me!
