Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: I looked at my report back on XX/XX/XXXX, and noticed some things are incomplete and not accurate. There are breaking Federal law According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) it states this ( b ) Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. So I then asked them to provide me a description of the investigation according to 15 USC 1681 ( 7 ) : ( 7 ) Description of reinvestigation procedure A consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer a description referred to in paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) by not later than 15 days after receiving a request from the consumer for that description. But they did not do that as well either. They are also breaking these laws as well below : According to 15 USC 1681 ( 5 ) it states this ( 5 ) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ( A ) In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and ( ) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. According to 15 USC 1681s-2 it states this. ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( i ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. This is unfair and if they are doing this to me imagine who else they are doing this too. Can you fix

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MA XXXX Dear sir, I have checked the credit report of Experian and found out the discrepancy between your credit card company record and this credit report company payment history. Even though I paid off all monthly charges of your company, this Experian credit report states I have not paid off. Therefore, I request your company and this Experian will check this discrepancy to clarify the matter for me, especially because this Experian online report has changed content often. Recently, without my consent, the content was changed due to the deletion of record. Also, the account balance of XX/XX/2023 shows the discrepancy, too. Sincerely,
