Consumer Complaint: I reacheed out to yu all early XXXX of XXXX and I am very disappointed in your respoinse, the issues were not resolved and I am still going through these issues. There are 2 collections that are on my credit files that do not belong to me and must be removed asap. They were caused by identity theft I am assuming. ALl I know that I DID NOT CONSENT TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE 2 COMPANIES NOR WAS I AWARE OF THESE COMPANIES UNTIL XXXX OF XXXX WHEN I INITIALLY REACHED OUT TO YOU ALL. YOU KNOW THAT YPU ALL ARE VIOLATING MY RIGHTS AS ACONSUMER AND THAT BY FURNISHING INFORMATION THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO MOR WAS I AWARE OF I CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION WITH YUR COPANY FOR FALSELY REPORTING INCORRECT INFORMATION... There is also a Collection reporting on my child support,, i was never late and that needs to be removed asap! Furthermore, I would like to remind you of two laws that indicate you can not report this type of information to my credit report. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports indicates written permission must be given to report anything on my consumer reports. I NEVER GAVE YOU WRITTEN PERMISSION. No consent is fraud therefore you can not legally report this alleged late payment to my credit report AND 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) Exclusions from a consumer Report indicates that any credit transaction should be excluded from a consumer credit report, if a social security card was used in the transaction. My social was used in this transaction therefore you can not legally report this information. PLEASE ESOLVE THIS MATTER ASAP.
