Consumer Complaint: The other credit bureaus have been able to update and correct this information, and I expect Experian to follow suit promptly. Despite successfully disputing and rectifying this information with other credit reporting agencies, it continues to persist on my credit report. I find it perplexing that Experian has not updated the reporting of the late account, especially when other credit reporting bureaus have successfully rectified this information. XXXX XXXX XXXX PLEASE UPDATE!!! I request that Experian reviews this information carefully and takes the necessary steps to update my credit file accordingly.

Consumer Complaint: The other credit bureaus have been able to recognize and act upon the fraudulent nature of these accounts, and I expect Experian to follow suit by promptly removing them from my credit report. The continued reporting of these fraudulent accounts is adversely affecting my creditworthiness and causing significant distress. I insist that Experian complies with the law and promptly removes the fraudulent accounts from my credit report. I am a victim of identity theft, and it is disheartening that Experian has not complied with the law and continues to report these fraudulent accounts. It is perplexing that these accounts persist without valid verification, especially when other credit reporting bureaus have successfully removed them in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. I can go on and on and on The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this

Consumer Complaint: i have been in XXXX XXXX for over 7 years during my time in XXXX XXXX someone has used my personal information to obtain goods and services using my personal information to obtain goods and services while i was in XXXX XXXX that being said i had expressed these concerns to the creditor and to all three credit reporting companies and they are refusing to remove the fraudulent accounts off my credit report due to identity theft, enclosed i have send over a notorized fraud affidavit ( ftc ), police report, ftc report, copy of my driver license, copy of my social security card, and two utility bills in my name showing that i my wife and children have been residing in this home for over 15 years, there are many fraudlant inquires and many fraudlant address, phone numbers, email address, etc etc. that do not belong to me but are attached to the fraudlant accounts that have been opened in my name fraudulently while being XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX
