Consumer Complaint: I have no knowledge of this account, XXXX XXXX ACCT # XXXX, but it is being reported on my credit report. It has leads been DELETED, yet is still showing up on my credit report. Under Section 604 15 U.S. Code 1681 B, it states none of the credit bureaus have the right to report anything on my credit report. Therefore, this is in violation! According to 15 US Code 681s-2, a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
