Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX reported a {$720.00} debt on my credit report unlawfully. It took me a half dozen phone calls to this company till they could even find this alleged bogus debt. XXXX in XXXX said it was for a debt owed back in 2015. When I tried to request documentation XXXX became threatening and hung up on me. Comes to find out XXXX in XXXX buys XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX doesn't send any letters to notify you of their intentions, according to XXXX they don't have to. He did claim they did call my job once but I have no recollection that call. The scam is they put it on your credit report then try and shake you down from XXXX for cash to remove it. These are for debts that have long been charged off after 7 years. This is so illegal in the XXXX. In spite of this Experian refuses to remove this false information from my credit report or require XXXX XXXX XXXX to validate this debt by producing any validation of the debt or even the date of the last payment.

Consumer Complaint: In early XXXX, I took the initiative to order a copy of my annual credit report, only to discover a substantial number of inquiries into my Experian credit report. Puzzled by the frequency of these credit checks, which occurred almost daily, I promptly composed a letter on XXXX XXXX XXXX addressing Experian, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I emphasized their obligation to inform me of the timing and purpose behind their attempts to access my report, asserting that I had not granted them consent for such actions. I explicitly requested the removal of any unauthorized inquiries from my credit report. Unfortunately, despite the passage of well over XXXX days, I have yet to receive any response from these entities. On XX/XX/2023, recognizing similar unauthorized inquiries from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX , I promptly dispatched letters to each of them. Citing the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I underscored the prohibition against consumer reporting agencies furnishing records of inquiries not initiated by the consumer in connection with a credit or insurance transaction. These unauthorized transactions, therefore, are deemed illegal, as I did not initiate any of them. I am adamant about rectifying this situation promptly and insist on the removal of all unauthorized inquiries from my credit report. It is imperative to stress that I have never granted permission for any entity to inquire into my credit, and I expect immediate compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act to rectify this matter.
