EXPERIAN IS REPORTING THAT I HAVE DELIQUENT ACCOUNTS, HIGH BALANCES AND TOO NEW CREDIT..WHILE AT THE SAME TIME STATING THAT IT CAN NOT VERIFY MY IDENTITY. EVEN THOUGH EVERY DISPUTE I SEND IN HAS A DRIVERS LIC, PASSPORT, SS CARD, BIRTH CERT, EMPLOYER RETIRED ID, A BLANK CHECK, MEDICAL CARDS AND IMAGES OF DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS. EXPERIAN IS SINGLEHANDEDLY DESTROYING MY CREDIT FILE. I HAVE NO DELIQUENT ACCOUNTS, AND ALL OF MY CREDIT CARDS HAVE A XXXX BALANCE. THE ONLY LOAN I HAVE OPEN IS MY MORTGAGE THAT I AM OF COURSE PAYING ON TIME. Consumer Complaint: This notice is not a request for verification of the account or proof of my mailing address but a request for validation made pursuant to the FDCPA laws. I humbly request that your agency/ office sends me valid proof of claim that I am legally obligated to pay you. Please provide me with the below mentioned items : * The amount you claim the Respondent owes you * An explanation showing me how you have computed the amount. * Copies of any documents that prove I agreed to pay the alleged amount * The identity of the original creditor * Confirmation that the account has not crossed the statute of limitation ( SOL ) period * Evidence that you are a licensed debt collector * Evidence of your license numbers and your registered agent. Consumer Complaint: From XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all of my car purchases and repairs. Emails were submitted to State Agencies and yet he is still a XXXXXXXX. He has been to my home and deliberately hit my vehicles in the rear because of an accident that occurred in XXXX that was on my policy as fault for 5 years for a driver that hit my car and left the scene and arrested. He has feelings about the jacked up repairs to my vehicle then that all cars purchased after that date has the same problems as the complaint from the XXXX accident. There were 10 car purchases. The 1 car from XXXX with XXXX XXXX. XXXX was given back to XXXX by the Finance Co because of its condition at purchase. Next, 7 cars from XXXX all returned for broken rear wheel components and safety hazards. Next, XXXX XXXX and XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX which there were 24 inquiries done on my credit for 1 car. Definitely a red flag. Traded due to too many service appointments for the same issue. The wheels. Last, XXXX XXXX XXXX that XXXX XXXX sabotaged the order for the parts by calling XXXX from XXXX to ask which shop was my car in. XXXX never needs to know where my car is because all services are handled with the warranty co. The Auto administration refused to acknowledge his behavior because he mentioned the XXXX accidents from people hitting my car. No proof I had any affiliation with any person involved which I will testify to any jury anywhere. I was involved in 1 deliberate accident because he refused to fix my car properly and made it impossible for anybody else to fix the car as it was under warranty by both the dealer and XXXX insurance repairs which voids if done somewhere else. Please fix my credit according to this complaint. 10 cars and no flags should be flagged. Please and thanks.
