Consumer Complaint: I am resubmitting this complaint to EXPERIAN regarding the presence of fraudulent accounts on my credit report. Despite previously filing an FTC report with the identity theft report number XXXX I have observed that these fraudulent accounts persist on my credit report. I had hoped to rely on EXPERIAN to safeguard my information and furnish accurate credit reports. Unfortunately, my credit report continues to contain multiple inaccuracies, including erroneous balances, dates of late payments, payment statuses, dates of last payments, and violations under FCRA policy and CFPB rules, particularly concerning medical collections. To support my case, I have once again attached the FTC report along with a detailed letter of explanation outlining the reasons these accounts should be rectified or removed from my files. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and trust that EXPERIAN will take the necessary steps to address and rectify these inaccuracies promptly.

Consumer Complaint: I previously submitted a dispute for the charge off account for the XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card on my credit report which is affecting my credit at the time. I requested information regarding this account which in this case could mean identify theft because I am not able to recognize this account. Ive inquired regarding the account on numerous occasions. The address associated with this account I have never resided there which has now as disputing has been removed off my credit report. The name as well has been misspelled which I previously brought up as of red flags. Due to federal law if proof that this account is mine indeed they have to delete this account from my credit report.
