( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. I can go on and on and on The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this

However the account was then readded back to my XXXX report several days later. I went from XXXX derogatory remark to XXXX when it was deleted and back to XXXX again when the same account that was just removed was reported back on my XXXX report again!? How is this legal?! This is grounds for lawsuit! I want this account removed again and not placed back. I also want this report removed from my Experian report as they have failed to do so as well. Also I have been notified by XXXX of the data breach from 2017 that my information was exposed and have been trying to clean up all these negativities from my report since.
