Consumer Complaint: I have asked Enhanced Recovery to validate a collection they are reporting on my credit reports on XXXX/XXXX/15 and they have failed to provide anything that would support the fact that they are attempting to collect interest on a debt without an agreement or contract. Nor have they supplied anything other than a statement on one of the collections. I told them that I would be reporting them to you but they obviously do n't fear you because they failed to delete themselves or answer questions about the debt ( s ) that they are using to damage me financially. Its damaging my credit and it is important to me.

Consumer Complaint: Account was not mine, It belonged to a spouse. ERC has never attempted to contact me in regards to this assumed debt. I have not be notified via any channel. Mail, phone or electronically. When I call them they are extremely rude and unwilling to work out a solution or have a civil conversation. Very one sided. The first delinquency of payment was XXXX XXXX statute of limitations is six years, leaving one remaining. I am appalled that such debt be left unannounced in attempt to collect from this company. In an attempt to refinance this has left a negative impact on my credit report. This company should not be allowed to continue collections unless a full scale investigation proves their ability to follow and maintain Federal guidelines. Along side professional courtesy.

We paid our bill in full with XXXX XXXX XXXX, but they initiated collection action. We provided them with proof of payment and they were supposed to stop but, instead, they have farmed the " debt '' out to a collection agency. The collection agency, Enhanced Recovery XXXX, has been provided proof of the debt, yet they will not remove the negative credit reporting.

Consumer Complaint: Debt was paid however it was never removed as agreed, account is still showing it 's in the collections process. Even after validation of debt was never received. I 've requested the information before. I would like a signed contract, showing proof of original date of service, date of delinquency and service address not an account statement. A statement does not prove who opened the account. Account seems to keep re reporting and being re aged instead of having been removed for several violations. Company stated prior that debt does not have to be validated.

Consumer Complaint: I have been monitoring my credit weekly for 2 years now and have discovered that ERC, a third-party debt buyer, has reported a {$59.00} derogatory collection on my credit reports. I was never given any notice of the debt due ... never given a chance to dispute the issue within the 30 day period, which is required by law and a violation of my consumer rights under the FCRA. I am writing to obtain validation that the company has a right to collect this money from me. Thus, ERC indicates that XXXX XXXX is the original creditor ; however, I never owed XXXX XXXX any money. When I moved from XXXX, I returned the equipment to the XXXX office and paid the amount that XXXX XXXX said that I owed to close the account and pay the balance in full. This was done in XXXX 2015. Furthermore, around XXXX 2015, I received a 'refund ' from XXXX XXXX of {$44.00}. Again, I need validation of this debt from ERC. What was the original amount of the debt? What was the original account number and date of original debt? MORE IMPORTANTLY, please tell me why you believe that you have a right to collect this debt? Please provide verification and " documentation '' that there is a valid basis for claiming that I am required to pay the debt to this current creditor. For example, can you provide a copy of the written agreement that created my original requirement to pay? Also, a copy of the last billing statement from the original creditor is required.
