I have them as a collections on my report that should not be there. These are violating my legal right to privacy and I would like it to be resolved. They have yet to provide proof of any written agreement from myself. Their accounts were created illegally against my authorization violation the fair credit act and my right to privacy.

They furnished this account that we didn't and never ever agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by XXXX parties and I did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper XXXX step validation procedure which make this unfair practices.
