Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute and request the immediate removal of fraudulent accounts on my credit report. The accounts in question are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX. I want to bring to your attention that the respective bank/creditor, upon being made aware of this issue, has agreed to remove these accounts from their records. The other credit bureaus, XXXX and Equifax, have promptly followed suit, acknowledging the error and removing the entries. I am deeply confused and annoyed as to why your bureau has not taken similar action despite being aware of the fraudulent nature of these accounts. As a victim of identity theft, I demand that you comply with the law and follow the standard procedures established by other credit bureaus. It is both frustrating and infuriating that my repeated requests seem to be ignored. I withhold my consent for electronic communication and explicitly request that all responses be conveyed in written form through the United States Postal Service ( USPS ).

I submitted a request for information regarding these alleged debts. Regrettably, as of today, I have not received any correspondence from them in response to my request. It is critical to note that these companies have failed to provide sufficient information to verify the debts in question, even after being given ample time. The lack of communication or response from them is both concerning and a violation of standard credit reporting practices. I withhold my consent for electronic communication and explicitly request that all responses be conveyed in written form through the United States Postal Service ( USPS ).
