Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had as many as 7 late payments reported on an account that I was never late in paying. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts from student loan servicer XXXX that I am attaching and reporting as inaccurate today. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can not be provided, I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. Thanks!

Consumer Complaint: Dear [ EQUIFAX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX ], I am writing to bring to your attention inaccuracies on my credit report. After carefully reviewing my credit report, I have identified discrepancies in my personal information, specifically my name and address. I have previously contacted your agency to request corrections, but to date, no action has been taken. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S. Code 1681e ), any person who willfully fails to comply with requirements under this subchapter is liable to the consumer for damages. The Act outlines that a consumer is entitled to actual damages sustained as a result of the failure or damages not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00}. Additionally, under 15 U.S. Code 1681s2, furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies are prohibited from reporting information they know or have reasonable cause to believe is inaccurate. Consumer Complaint: I had recently contacted all three major credit agencies. Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. They are violating the fair credit reporting act and the consumer protection act. I explained to them how they are doing so. They ignored it and still continue to validate fraudulent information with telling or showing proof of there claims. I do not know how they got this information with my written consent or permission to do so. Each violation is subject to {$1000.00} per each violation in consumer law and also the courts.
