Consumer Complaint: Hey there! I hope this message finds you well. I just wanted to reach out and discuss an issue I've been having with a list of accounts. It seems that these accounts have violated my rights to privacy and confidentiality under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681 ). I've already contacted XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax on XX/XX/XXXX to ask them to look into these accounts. However, they have informed me that everything is complete and accurate. I find this hard to believe, as there are discrepancies in the open dates, dates of last activity, and other important details. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they should be making modifications to any accounts that are not reporting correctly. Furthermore, under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ), it is stated that no one should provide inaccurate information on to a consumer reporting agency.
