Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my credit report by your agency. I have identified multiple instances where there have been unsuccessful attempts to remove late closed accounts, including bankruptcy and public records, from my credit history. I am concerned about the accuracy and completeness of my credit report, and I believe that these errors are negatively impacting my creditworthiness. Despite multiple attempts to rectify and remove the late closed status, the account continues to be reported inaccurately. Despite submitting necessary documentation to demonstrate the resolution of the bankruptcy, the record persists on my credit report. I have attached supporting documentation, including letters of dispute and evidence of resolution, for your review. I kindly request that your agency conduct a thorough investigation into these matters and promptly update my credit report to accurately reflect my financial history. I understand that the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) requires credit reporting agencies to ensure the accuracy of the information they report. I expect your agency to adhere to these regulations and take the necessary steps to correct these inaccuracies promptly. Additionally, I would appreciate regular updates on the progress of the investigation and the actions taken to rectify these errors. Please provide a written response within 30 days of receiving this complaint, as mandated by the FCRA. I am asking for your assistance to remove these items in my credit file : XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$1100.00} - Please investigate the account name, date of last activity, and account balance. This information seems to be misleading. This will need to be removed pronto. XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$2200.00} - Investigate the way this account is reporting the date of last activity, opening date, and the account name. I believe this information may be inaccurate. I need this account removed NOW. XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$0.00} - This is showing to be 120+days past due as the current status but it also says its been transferred. Youre showing a payment due amount but how can I owe something to a company that no longer owns the account? You need to change the description to say and change the Current Status to say : Paid as Agreed. Please remove all the negative information as well as it is a violation of automatic stay and bankruptcy court orders. XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy Reference # : XXXX XXXX : {$0.00} - This bankruptcy file date is wrong and this bankruptcy is out of statute for reporting on a credit report. It should no longer be reported because it is past the 10-year statute of limitations that a credit bureau can report. Please update the filing date and then remove.

Consumer Complaint: Ive sent multiple Dispute letters, validation letters, and spoken directly with representatives from CRAs s well as furnishers, and my documents and letters have been disregarded. Investigations have been completed and validated on companies that do not even accept phone calls. Accounts are continuing to be reported that are more than 10 years old, and legislature started in the FCRA has been grossly disregarded.

Consumer Complaint: At the time I had two collectors, collecting for the same balance of my federal student loan. When I contacted at XXXX, I was explaining that they do not have my loan. They are not able to pull up my information because I am not in their system. I asked them why are you reporting on my credit file I am in the process of purchasing a home and sending my children off to college and I am able to do so because your company is also reporting that I owe the same balance as another company. If I dont owe it, please remove and send information to the credit bills that I am not responsible. This was over 90 days ago. Im still fighting the same issue with XXXX. They have not removed themselves from my credit file.
