Consumer Complaint: this debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and i didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and i did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. According to the FDCPA I'm entitled to XXXX dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights. XXXX. **Date of Last Activity : ** There's a discrepancy in the reported date of last activity among the three credit bureaus ( XXXX, Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX. It's important for this date to be accurately reported and consistent across all bureaus. XXXX. **Payment History : ** The payment history is not consistent across the bureaus. While some months show different late statuses ( 30, 60, 90 days late ), others show no reported history. Ensuring accurate and consistent reporting across all bureaus is essential. XXXX. XXXXAccount Status : ** The reported account status seems inconsistent or contradictory between the remarks and the reported payment statuses. The account status should reflect the actual payment history and current situation accurately. XXXX. **Closed Date and Account Status : ** There's an inconsistency between the reported closed date and the account status, especially with the remark " Account has been closed due to inactivity. '' It's important to clarify whether the account was closed due to inactivity or as a charged-off account. XXXX. **Creditor Remarks : ** The creditor remarks vary across the bureaus, with different statements about the status of the account. It's important for these remarks to accurately reflect the actual circumstances surrounding the account. Consumer Complaint: I have submitted a report to the FTC regarding the unauthorized credit inquiries, which are a clear violation of my consumer rights. I have disputed these inquiries with Equifax, providing evidence and documentation to support my claim that I did not authorize these inquiries and that they are inaccurately listed on my credit report. Despite these actions and the clear provisions of the FCRA, Equifax has failed to remove the unauthorized credit inquiries from my credit report, stating that they are accurate. This response is not in compliance with the FCRA, and it undermines the protection of my consumer rights. I am writing to request that Equifax takes immediate and corrective action to address this issue in compliance with the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX shut my account down, and thousands of other customers down. Their customer service has been unreachable ever since. I've sent over 20 emails, and have called their phone number over 10 times and all that I get is an automated response to email them. When " XXXX XXXX '' calls you, they immediately hang up. It's being powered by robots and there are no human customer service representatives. My XXXX, and Equifax credit reports are now damaged, when this should not be the case at all. My bank even refunded me the funds they took out of my account, because even they deemed that this was completely unethical and they were not able to get in contact with the company. I've also filed a dispute with helpwithmybank.gov. The account still shows as " open '' when it's closed. They also have inaccurately have reported me as late.I 've been begging and pleading with them to get in contact with a human representative but that isn't possible. I'm not quite sure if this will require legal action for this issue to get resolved, but I want this company removed off of all of my credit reports.
