Consumer Complaint: this debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and i didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and i did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. According to the FDCPA I'm entitled to XXXX dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights. Consumer Complaint: I have submitted a report to the FTC regarding the unauthorized credit inquiries, which are a clear violation of my consumer rights. I have disputed these inquiries with Equifax, providing evidence and documentation to support my claim that I did not authorize these inquiries and that they are inaccurately listed on my credit report. Despite these actions and the clear provisions of the FCRA, Equifax has failed to remove the unauthorized credit inquiries from my credit report, stating that they are accurate. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX shut my account down, and thousands of other customers down. Their customer service has been unreachable ever since. I've sent over 20 emails, and have called their phone number over 10 times and all that I get is an automated response to email them. When " XXXX XXXX '' calls you, they immediately hang up. It's being powered by robots and there are no human customer service representatives. My XXXX, and Equifax credit reports are now damaged, when this should not be the case at all. My bank even refunded me the funds they took out of my account, because even they deemed that this was completely unethical and they were not able to get in contact with the company. I've also filed a dispute with helpwithmybank.gov. The account still shows as " open '' when it's closed. They also have inaccurately have reported me as late.I 've been begging and pleading with them to get in contact with a human representative but that isn't possible. I'm not quite sure if this will require legal action for this issue to get resolved, but I want this company removed off of all of my credit reports.
