Consumer Complaint: Equifax is obligated to only report 100 % accurate information on my report and therefore need to delete anything not in line with this legal requirement. I have already notified them about this mistake I am attaching that they failing to remove from my report. They are aware of this as they are reporting it on my report. This is a FCRA violation and I will seek a consumer attorney to file action against them if it is not deleted right away.

I have sent a FTC report and I haven't gotten a response nor a deletion of these inquiries. I then submitted another FTC report to remove these inquiries as it is identity theft. Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code this is Aggravated Identity Theft because these agencies have been made aware of the situation and they did not take action in correcting this issue.
