In the results of your first investigation, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly? Who verified these accounts? Consumer Complaint: Equifax are reporting accounts that do not belong to me on my credit. The accounts belong to someone else. I do not have an account with the following : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Also, Equifax is showing incorrect information for my DEPT OF EDUCATION/XXXX student loans. Student loans can not go in bankruptcy nor are they included in bankruptcy and I have never been late on any of my student loans. The student loans has always been in deferment with no late pays. Also when president XXXX put our student loans on deferment they were never late before then. SENSIBLE AUTO LEASING IS NOT MY LOAN! XXXX XXXX XXXX IS IN BANKRUPTCY BOTH LOANS AND I AM NOT THE PRIMARY OWNER FOR THESE LOANS REMOVE THEM FROM MY CREDIT!
