Consumer Complaint: Despite three written requests, the unverified items still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is correct. In the results of your investigations, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly. You have NOT provided me with a copy of ANY original documentation ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Furthermore you have failed to provide the method of verification as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). Please be advised that under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to ... promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. Consumer Complaint: I have sent my identification 2 times via USPS First class mail and will upload it again in this complaint along with the letter you have sent requesting my identification which is burdensome as I have already sent it to you. I disputed because my privacy rights are being violated and the basis of my dispute is in accordance with FCRA 602 and 604 ( A ) which states a consumer reporting agency can not Furnish an account without my written instructions. I also requested the Method of Verification under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( B ) 6 ( iii ) requesting the name of the person ( s ) you spoke with along with their addresses and telephone numbers and the procedures used to come to the conclusion that my privacy rights are not being violated when my dispute was verified updated. Additionally, Equifax has failed to honor my request in 15 days which is required under FCRA 611 ( A ) ( 7 ) as this also means that Equifax may owe me {$1000.00} due to this violation which Equifax failed to respond in timely manner. Yet XXXX is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation XXXX Debt. XXXX and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft from Equifax XXXX breach. Since then I have placed a lock on my credit report and also froze my credit with all XXXX Bureaus. XXXX has also placed a statement on my credit report. Nevertheless I am still having accounts opened on my credit report that is not mine. The latest one is from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was opened and transferred to a debt collections agency. {$790.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( I have never lived nor live there ). This has caused emotional distress, and also I am unable to move to another home until this removed from my Credit. Please help, this continues to happen and I dont know what to do anymore.

Equifax has continued to ask for my social security card and driver 's license. I have submitted this information, yet I spend months still trying to gain access to the portal to retrieve my reports.
