Consumer Complaint: I review credit report and notice XXXX department of XXXX appears with duplicate accounts same balance and different account number. I tried to contact department of XXXX and credit beaura about the issue they stated it will take 30 days dispute instead it remained the same as accurate and 29 duplicate accounts still on my credit report. So I contact department of XXXX about the accounts again they did submitted documents with adjustment made for cancellation and removed off my credit report with only 13 accounts in good standard, all 13 accounts paid in full, XXXX and {$0.00} balance but credit beaura didn't respond. So now it's under investigation and planned to hire a legal aide lawyer to resolve this matter.

Consumer Complaint: My complaint is regarding the credit reporting agency Equifax. Around XX/XX/XXXX I began not receiving an Equifax credit score. I was informed of this upon receiving a denial for a mortgage. The information provided was that the company was unable to provide me with a score. I then reached out to Equifax to see why this is happening. After a while of back and fourth on the phone, the support staff assured me in XXXX days this would be fixed. After a few more months goes by I checked online through their portal where I received an error code BLNK and informed me to contact Equifax which I did. I let them know I was still unable to review my score and I was receiving this error. I was again reassured that the problem had been corrected on their end and it will take a few days. Well this went on for another year constantly calling Equifax explaining the same problem and it was always something different. They say they can see my Report and score on their end, which they did provide me with a copy of the report last time I called early XXXX this year. However my information and score is still unavailable for banks, services or myself to see. The last time I spoke with them early XX/XX/XXXX they said to send in verification of where I live and who I am. Which I did. I then received a letter stating everything was complete on their side. To this day nothing has been corrected. I am Not able to buy a house and I am Denied credit for agencys that pull from Equifax. This is hindering my every day life but not having a score available for other institutions. My other XXXX major reports are just fine its only Equifax. It appears no one from Equifax is able to assist and understands what is going on. While searching this online it appears this is a common problem and needs support. Online forums refer to this as the Equifax split file. Please help I am going on my third year doing this and I was hoping this could be fixed without taking more of a legal action.
