Consumer Complaint: On numerous occasions, I contacted Equifax to investigate errors found on my report, especially since my information was exposed in their data breach. I have attempted to dispute the information with Equifax, yet they are not verifying and updating the data based on the facts. I have numerous accounts that have been included in Bankruptcy and should reflect that on my report, though Equifax is not manually validating this information allowing an automated validation to continue to push incorrect information.

I Would Like XXXX XXXX XXXX to furnish a 1099c because The account was marked as a charge off they were to send me a 1099c and I have not received a 1099c, and if I don't receive the 1099c they filed within 15 days. and never received one via the mail or anything I will be filing a 3949a with the irs as that is considered tax fraud since I haven't received a 1099c. I would like this account removed from my credit report or furnish the 1099c. continuing to furnish information to my report that by law is wrong charge off is considered income by the irs

Consumer Complaint: This company is violating the FCRA by illegally reporting fraudulent accounts on my credit which were the result of identity theft. After numerous attempts and identity theft documentation was sent these companies continue to add these items on my credit report.
