This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I requested that they re-investigate and they have failed to verify this account and did not provide me documents to prove this account belongs to me. I do not recall this account at all and it has been reporting on my consumer report since XX/XX/XXXX. For my understanding, 15 U.S.C. sec 1681i ( a ), you must complete this re-investigation within the receipt of the original request, and if it is not done, the information should be deleted immediately.
