This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ) and a serious breach of my privacy rights. Please validate this information with these companies and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with these accounts bearing my signature, authorizing an inquiry. In the absence of any such documentation bearing my signature, I formally request that these fraudulent inquiries be immediately deleted from the credit file that you maintain under my Social Security number.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Amount : {$110.00} XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Amount : {$140.00} XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX XXXX : {$2300.00} XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Amount : {$270.00} XXXX contacted this creditor ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX @ XXXX which is also the number that is furnished at the bottom of my consumer report for me to contact regarding this account. I requested to speak with a supervisor and explained I have not received a 1099-C form due to the account being written/charged off as loss/paid debt. It will then become taxable income for me to file which is prohibited to furnish taxable income on a consumer report per FCRA. The supervisor stated the account has been turned over to a collection agency known as XXXX and he can not provide me with additional information due to no longer owning the account. He then proceeded to transfer me to the agency. The line had given a busy signal and then disconnected. I then tried contacting them directly with the number the supervisor provided me which is XXXX and it never rings only to provide me with a failed call message. I would like this account to be removed from my consumer report as it is hurting my chances to obtain credit or continue with my homebuying process. I would also demand for the additional accounts that I have listed above to be removed as well due to not receiving a 1099-C form, the account being listed as charged off and the creditor not being able to provide me with additional information. These accounts have been disputed in the past beginning XX/XX/XXXX as well as validation of debt letters sent directly to the creditors on XX/XX/XXXX with no response.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023. I signed a contract through " Anyone Rides XXXX '' at " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX '' for a loan to fix my car. Months later, I got charged insane interest rates despite missing about XXXX or XXXX payments. After I paid it off in full on XX/XX/2023, I contacted XXXX XXXX when it would be reported, On the first call the agent claimed that the report would pop up in XXXX months. 2 Months later, on XXXX, I see nothing on my credit report so I wait until XX/XX/2023, to see if it shows up, nothing yet. I called XXXX XXXX today at XXXX AM, the agent claims they report at the end of each month, so the end of XXXX is what the agent claimed. I then say okay, so I check in with the XXXX agent and the agent sees nothing about XXXX XXXX on my report or any accounts.
