Consumer Complaint: SUPERIOR ESTATE LIMITED reported a debt with Equifax that I disputed because I had no knowledge of Equifax removed the account due to the company not verifying the account within 30 days. However they recently allowed for the company to put the credit report back on my account. They advised me to contact the creditor however when I tried to by Googling the website the contact information was not working. So Equifax told me to file a complaint with you all.

Consumer Complaint: This is absolutely absurd! I am writing this in response to my initial complaint against Equifax from claim # XXXX. My original complaint was that Equifax did not process my letter that was sent to them on XX/XX/23, only for them to respond to my complaint by requesting me to send them another letter?! How does that make any kind of sense? I have already complied with the information that they requested of me by submitting a letter along with my driver 's license, social security number, current address, and my full name ( which I feel uncomfortable putting out into the public space in the first place ). My complaint was that they are giving me the run around with processing my documents showing that several accounts were included in my bankruptcy in order to update my credit report ... and now they are wanting me to send them ANOTHER LETTER? This is ludicrous. I have been requesting them to update my file for months now. Seems like they are mocking me, as well as the governing entity that is responsible for keeping them accountable, by not taking this complaint seriously. I am prepared to file a lawsuit against Equifax if this matter is not handled properly. All I am asking for is to update my report accurately, in the manner that Equifax claims is their first priority. I am extremely upset by this and I am ready to escalate this matter legally.

Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the presence of fraudulent accounts on my credit report. I recently obtained a copy of my credit report from your agency and was shocked to discover inaccurate and unauthorized information that is severely impacting my creditworthiness. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. XXXX very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. Upon thorough examination, I have identified the following fraudulent accounts : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I categorically deny any XXXX with the aforementioned accounts, and I request an immediate and aggressive investigation into the matter. I understand that the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) mandates the timely correction of inaccuracies on consumer credit reports, and I expect your bureau to adhere to these regulations with utmost urgency. I am fully aware of my rights as a consumer, and I am prepared to take further legal action if my concerns are not addressed promptly. Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency to prevent any further damage to my creditworthiness.
