( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. I can go on and on and on The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this

With that now mentioned, a request for my information was sold and bought illegally because I was a victim of the Equifax data breach. I want these items Deleted from my credit reports effective immediately. I attach proof that Equifax has admitted that I was in fact a victim of this data breach and Equifax has done nothing. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests.
