Consumer Complaint: I updated my address information over the phone with a rep, back in XXXX. I then made an online purchase using my XXXX charge and XXXX cash. However, they still shipped the purchase to an old address. Its taken me 3 months to get this rectified, because every time I had to call and speak with someone to get the late fees and interest charges refunded, the reps never completed the tasks. In addition, I still dont have my XXXX cash reimbursed. This is horrible customer service, and as an XXXX XXXX XXXX woman, this is making me very feel like they are taking advantage of XXXX citizens. Aside from this runaround, I found out today that XXXX reported to the credit bureaus that my payment was late, which has affected my credit score. I never received the product, its taken me months to finally get the interest and late fees reversed, and Im having to call for every little thing one by one, because not a single person has done the job completely. When I called to let them know I hadnt received the package, they said I had to wait on the refund until the package was returned to them. So, I had to call back to make sure they got it, but they still charged me for it. Then I had to call back again for a refund. They took forever to do that, but still charged me for interest and late fees. I had to call back AGAIN for them to reverse it, and when they finally did, I still didnt get my XXXX cash reimbursed. So, I called back AGAIN and they said it would be reissued on the app. I dont see it. These people need new training on how to complete the job and not give customers the runaround. The worst part is, they had the nerve to report my payment late! So, no product received, getting the runaround, plus late payment reported and my XXXX cash isnt reimbursed. At this point I deserve a gift card for the hassle! Good grief!! I want the late payment report reversed and I want my XXXX cash reimbursed and also something for putting this XXXX XXXX XXXX woman through XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I assert my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and wish to address concerns regarding the reporting of my information by Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. According to 15 USC 1681 section 604, consumer reporting agencies are allowed to furnish a consumer report only with the written instructions of the consumer. I want to make it clear that I have not provided written consent for the furnishing of my information to credit agencies, and any consent, whether verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, or otherwise, is hereby revoked. Moreover, as per 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ), a person should not furnish any information to a consumer reporting agency if they know or have reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. I believe that the reporting agencies may be in violation of this requirement. Additionally, financial institutions, as outlined in 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ), are obligated to disclose to consumers their right to exercise a nondisclosure option. I was not informed of this right, which raises concerns about compliance with the law. I am also opting out of the reporting services, as permitted by 12 CFR 1016.7. It is important that my concerns regarding the accuracy and disclosure of my information are addressed promptly and appropriately.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the credit reporting practices of Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. The mentioned agencies have not obtained my consent for the report of the bankruptcy on my credit profiles. These companies need to remove this reporting due to inaccuracies in reporting and violations of Metro 2 compliance. Furthermore, under the Privacy Act of 1974, No agency shall disclose any record contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person or another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains. Moreover, I want to state that under 15 USC 1681a and b, it is imperative to guarantee that consumer reporting agencies fulfill their substantial responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a dedication to upholding the consumer 's right to privacy. These entities must adopt reasonable procedures to meet the demands of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner that is just and equitable for consumers. This encompasses the safeguarding of confidentiality, assurance of accuracy, relevance, and appropriate utilization of information. Included there is a court statement along with an FTC identity theft report, as supporting evidence. Furthermore, 15 U.S.C 1681c2a states that it is mandated that a consumer reporting agency must promptly block the reporting of any information in a consumer 's file identified by the consumer as resulting from alleged identity theft. This action must be taken no later than 4 business days after the agency receives documentation from the consumer which I have attached.
