Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute for incorrect information on my credit report. I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day over XXXX days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over 30 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. My information was also impacted by the Equifax, XXXX and XXXX data breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It My Concern Dispute Center In reviewing my Equifax Credit Report on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed my score changed from XXXX to XXXX by dropping XXXX points from previous credit reports. The drop in score is due to my XXXX XXXX account needing to be listed on my Equifax Credit Report. Since XXXX XXXX did not list my account on the Equifax report, the report showed a fair credit score versus an Excellent score. Earlier this year, I experienced the same problem with XXXX XXXX not reporting my credit information to Equifax, and it took months to rectify the situation. Since I am self-employed, my credit score assists with my borrowing capital. Please report XXXX XXXX on my Equifax credit report immediately to alleviate any problem with my XX/XX/XXXX credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX notified me by letter on XX/XX/XXXX, stating that they verified that the above-referenced account is reporting to my credit file and advised that I contact the credit reporting agencies directly to assist with my request. On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX I reached out to Equifax and spoke with XXXX XXXX Equifax representative identification # XXXX. He stated that I must contact XXXX XXXX to resolve the problem.
