Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the unresolved disputes I have filed with XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. Despite my repeated attempts to rectify inaccuracies on my credit report, it has been over 60 days, and I have not received any response from your agency. I have meticulously detailed the accounts in question in my dispute letters and explicitly outlined the violations these accounts represent in terms of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The lack of acknowledgment and resolution from your end is not only alarming but also a blatant disregard for the rights granted to me as a consumer. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, it is imperative that the information on my credit report is 100 % accurate. Under 15 U.S Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ), the accounts in question are in direct violation of these provisions by failing to report accurate information within the stipulated timeframe. I am attaching copies of all the letters I have sent previously for your reference. It is disheartening to see the lack of urgency and commitment to resolving these issues, which are impacting my financial standing and overall well-being. I demand immediate attention to this matter and a thorough investigation into the violations outlined in my disputes. The persistence of these inaccuracies not only jeopardizes my financial health but also undermines the integrity of the credit reporting system. I expect a prompt response and resolution to these issues in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Your cooperation in rectifying these violations is crucial to restoring my confidence in your agency. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.

Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I have not used credit for a number of years but have been working very hard in order to build a great credit file and score with all three major credit bureaus. All of my accounts with all creditors are in good standing with no late payments, no judgements, no collection accounts at all. I also work with my XXXX XXXX application and also with XXXX on line in order to get my credit file and scores where they need to be for many reasons. This morning I woke up to my score ( FICO ) with Equifax being lowered by XXXX points, when the other XXXX had positive changes. I will attach copies of my scores as of today. As I am sure you are aware of the impact that lower FICO scores have on everyone 's lives, this is especially upsetting. Equifax has my score XXXX points lower than XXXX and XXXX points lower than XXXX. My XXXX and Equifax scores were exactly the same yesterday. This is extremely unfair and incorrect.
