According to Equifax, complaint ID # XXXX verified these accounts as accurate. Upon my inspection it is clear that accuracy and fairness of credit reporting by Equifax was negligibly noncompliant. On my Equifax report it shows my name as a XXXX XXXX XXXX which is NOT ACCURATE. I have never been a XXXX XXXX XXXX nor have I had XXXX XXXX XXXX in my name, other non-Equifax reports will confirm this. How can an investigation be " verified '' according to Equifax and also remain fair and accurate as defined under the 15 U.S. Code 1681 if the name is not accurate? The use of XXXX XXXX XXXX denotes a totally different name and individual. Equifax has failed as required by the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i et seq. and 15 U.S. Code 1681i et seq. and 15 U.S. Code 1681c et seq. and 15 U.S. Code 1681b et seq. I am requesting the correct update to my name, deletion of XXXX XXXX account # XXXX and XXXX XXXX account # XXXX from my report because they were never verified correctly and accurately at the time of investigation. Any continued failure to report otherwise will be witnessed as willful non-compliance and subjected to a {$1000.00} per day fee for each violation and after 14 days an attorney fee of {$25000.00}. They also violated 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) & ( b ), 15 USC 1681 ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) & ( ii ). At this point I believe they are doing this on purpose. According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. They must be blind because everything is inconsistent.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day over 30 days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over 30 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. My information was also impacted by the Equifax, XXXX and XXXX data breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person.

Consumer Complaint: I have requested do to the consumer privacy statement and the privacy act of 1974 to remove the illegal transaction history off my consumer report as the only information they have a right to report is everyday business purposes information about your transaction and experiences to affiliates not transaction history. I have a right to opt out of information of creditworthiness. Also according to the IRS publication 4681 a charged off account is a certificate of indebtness and is consider income. Income can not be reported on a consumer report.

Consumer Complaint: I have tried to fix this issue by reporting this inaccurate information. These affect my personal life & cause me mental stress. I have not been able to purchase my dream car and provide for my family due to these inaccurate and fraudulent items showing on my consumer reports. They do not belong to me, I did not consent to any of this information to be reported on my consumer report. I'm a victim of identity theft. I have attached my letter along with the ftc report. If this situation is not handled accordingly, I will seek legal action against you guys.
