Consumer Complaint: Violates of 15 U.S. Code 1681 In the FCRA, Congress put express requirements on companies with respect to information that can not be verified. Violates of 15 U.S.C 1681c ( f ) Indication of dispute by consumer - If a consumer reporting agency is notified pursuant to section 1681s2 ( a ) ( 3 ) of this title that information regarding a consumer who [ 1 ] was furnished to the agency is disputed by the consumer, the agency shall indicate that fact in each consumer report that includes the disputed information.15 U.S. Code 1681c2 - Block of information resulting from identity theft- ( a ) a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency. Per IRS Publication 4681, Charge offs, when sold to a third party it is an certificate of indebtedness with 1099c and is now INCOME, furthermore income can not be on a consumer report. 26 U.S. Code 6050P - Returns relating to the cancellation of indebtedness by certain entities- ( a ) In general- ( 1 ) the name, address, and TIN of each person whose indebtedness was discharged during such calendar year, the date of the discharge and the amount of the indebtedness discharged. When a debt is classified as closed out, an agency must determine if the amount due on the debt should be reported to the Internal Revenue Service ( IRS ) as potential income to the debtor under section 6050P of the Internal Revenue Code ( 26 U.S.C. 6050P ). The companies decision to terminate collection action and accounting decision to write-off DEBT. Charged off and closed out accounts are considered certificates of indebtedness and this is INCOME. INCOME CLEARLY CAN NOT BE REPORTED TO ANY CREDIT REPORT. Also 15 USC 6802, a financial institution may not, directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information. Pursuant to 16 CFR 313.7 under the Continuing right to opt out. A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. These laws are here to make sure my credit file and credit report has the proper reflection of each account. I attach proof from current consumer report of inaccuracy in report from multiple reporting agencies on multiple accounts. All information on Consumer report must be true and accurate reflection of the account. DELETE IMMEDIATELY AND INDEFINITELY. These accounts have already been disputed and investigated, I request immediate deletion of all inaccurate reporting. DELETE IMMEDIATELY AND INDEFINITELY. Further investigated is not needed theses account have been disputed, investigated and " verified '' as accurate, which they are not, DELETE IMMEDIATELY AND INDEFINITELY.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX, Equifax and XXXX for their failure to respond adequately to my previous dispute letters. I believe my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) have been violated, and I am seeking your assistance to address this matter. On XX/XX/2023, I initially submitted dispute letters to the respective credit bureaus, disputing the accuracy of certain information on my credit reports. My dispute letters included details of the inaccurate information and evidence supporting my claims. As required by law, I expected the credit bureaus to conduct a reasonable investigation into my disputes and respond within the stipulated time frame. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to engage with the credit bureaus and my commitment to resolving discrepancies on my credit reports, I have received little to no response from them. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the numerous unsuccessful attempts to remove fraudulent items from my Credit file. Despite multiple reports and requests for assistance, the resolution process has been frustratingly ineffective, and the fraudulent charges persist. I discovered unauthorized and fraudulent transactions on my account, and I promptly contacted your institution to report the fraudulent activities. Since then, I have made several attempts to rectify this situation, including reaching out to your customer service department, submitting detailed reports, and following the prescribed procedures for disputing unauthorized charges. Regrettably, my experiences thus far have been marked by a series of setbacks and a lack of progress in removing the fraudulent items. I would like to bring the following issues to your attention : Despite my detailed reports and supporting evidence, it appears that the investigation into these fraudulent transactions has not been conducted with the thoroughness and urgency required. There has been a lack of clear and consistent communication throughout this process. Timely updates on the status of the investigation and the actions being taken would have provided some reassurance during this stressful situation. To my dismay, the fraudulent items persist on my account, leading me to question the effectiveness of the measures taken to address the issue. I understand that addressing fraud cases is a complex matter, but as a concerned customer, I expect a higher level of diligence and commitment to resolving such issues promptly. I am formally requesting an immediate and thorough review of the handling of my case. I insist on a comprehensive explanation of the steps taken to investigate and remove the fraudulent items from my account. Additionally, I seek clear assurances and a detailed plan outlining how your institution intends to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.
