Consumer Complaint: I am submitting a new complaint once again to apprise you that I have fallen victim to identity theft. I visited the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION website at https : //www.ftc.gov and lodged an identity theft report once more, in accordance with FCRA Section 605b, where Credit Reporting Agencies are obligated to expunge any items listed on an identity theft report. Enclosed are the ATTACHED documents intended to facilitate the removal of inaccurate information currently reflected on my report. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i haveincluded screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of ( XX/XX/2023 ) and XX/XX/2023. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact i was never late.

It is with profound dismay that I write to bring to your attention the distressing findings of my recent investigation into my credit report, courtesy of your agency. Upon careful scrutiny, I have unearthed unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate, and questionable items that your agency has negligently failed to ensure were reported with 100 % accuracy. This discovery has not only inflicted severe emotional distress upon me but has also highlighted a blatant disregard for the regulations outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. As you are undoubtedly aware, the Fair Credit Reporting Act mandates a 100 % accuracy standard for all information on credit reports. Regrettably, the accounts in question, as identified under 15 U.S Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ), are in clear violation of this federal statute. Attached herewith are copies of all previous correspondences sent in a futile attempt to rectify these glaring inaccuracies. I demand immediate action to rectify these violations and ensure the accurate reporting of my credit information. Failure to comply will leave me with no alternative but to pursue all available legal avenues to protect my rights. I anticipate your swift response outlining the concrete steps being taken to address and correct these inaccuracies within the next 10 days. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.
