Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Consumer Complaint: I spoke to a representative at Equifax on the phone on or about Account XXXX XXXX and they informed me that they'd received my documents in the mail In XX/XX/2023 showing them that this Account Should read as Paid/Closed as it shows on XXXX with no Balance! It is the duty of this entity to furnish accurate information and in this case Equifax is Intentionally VIolating the Rules of the CFPB and The FCRA in it's entirety by Reporting Information that they have been made aware that is fully inaccurate and incorrect. ( see attatched files of credit report ) This is causing the Consumer mental anguish because Equifax told the Consumer that they're not going to make any changes nor open a Reinvestigation unless they recieve a letter from their Customer XXXX who pays for a subscription to Equifax services. The Consumer produced legal Documents showing that the Consumers file was updated on XXXX and that Equifax should follow suit but Equifax refuses.2. It's been well over 30 days since the initial Complaint, and not only that they are clearly violating the Law Knowingly and Intentionally! Without fear of being held accountable! The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., governs access to consumer credit report records and promotes accuracy, fairness, and the privacy of personal information assembled by Credit Reporting Agencies ( CRAs ). also the following applies : ( Title VI of the Consumer Credit Protection Act ) protects information collected by consumer reporting agencies such as credit bureaus, medical information companies and tenant screening services. Information in a consumer report can not be provided to anyone who does not have a purpose specified in the Act. Companies that provide information to consumer reporting agencies also have specific legal obligations, including the duty to investigate disputed information. In addition, users of the information for credit, insurance, or employment purposes must notify the consumer when an adverse action is taken on the basis of such reports. The Fair and Accurate Credit. Equifax has clear disregard for these rules and regulation as proof will show below in the attached.
