Consumer Complaint: Despite some of these accounts were already being removed from Equifax and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, I still keep seeing these under other credit bureaus ' record. This made me questioned their accuracy because first of all, they should only be referring these information from one furnisher of information, but why do they have different resolution? No verification procedures were also shown to me. Therefore, I needed them to please remove these incorrect and misleading accounts from my credit history to avoid affecting my scores.

Consumer Complaint: Hey I was looking at my report and notice there were some things that was not correct. I sent a letter to XXXX on XX/XX/2023 here is my tracking number XXXX. But it has been more than 35 days since the credit bureaus haven't responded. That a violation of 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Under 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Subject to subsection ( f ) and except as provided in subsection ( g ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumer 's file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller.

The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i haveincluded screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact i was never late.

Consumer Complaint: Please consider this as my formal complaint to the EQUIFAX for allowing the fraudulent accounts and for not taking corrections on my credit report.
