Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a matter of utmost importance regarding my credit report. Upon reviewing my credit report, I have identified several unauthorized accounts that have negatively impacted my creditworthiness. I strongly believe that these accounts are the result of identity theft and require immediate attention and resolution. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. The following are the specific accounts in question XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXXXXXX I want to clarify that I have not initiated or authorized these accounts in any way. These accounts have been fraudulently opened without my consent or knowledge. To address this issue, I have taken the necessary steps to report the suspected identity theft to the relevant authorities, including filing a report with the Local Law Enforcement Agency and the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ). I have also attached a copy of the Identity Theft Report filed with the FTC for your reference. I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into the validity of these accounts and take the appropriate actions to remove them from my credit report as they are not the result of any legitimate transaction or credit application made by me. A written statement confirming the removal of these accounts from my credit report upon the completion of your investigation. I understand that this is a serious matter, and I urge you to act promptly to rectify this situation. Failure to cooperate in resolving this matter may result in further legal action to protect my rights and creditworthiness.

This erroneous document raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information provided by the creditor. Account Information : -Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXAccount Number : XXXX -Date Opened : XX/XX/2018 I am troubled by the fact that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX can not guarantee the accuracy of the information they provided, as they mistakenly included the payment history of another individual. This oversight demonstrates a failure on the part of the creditor to provide precise and reliable information to the credit reporting bureaus. I want to emphasize that the late payment dates reported on my credit file do not accurately reflect the resolution of the delinquency. Given the uncertainty and potential for inaccuracies in the information provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX, I urge Equifax to conduct an independent and thorough investigation into this matter. Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute for incorrect information on my credit report. I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.
