Consumer Complaint: Information for was accessed, sold and bought illegally as I was a victim of the EQUIFAX data breach. I expect these negative items to b e deleted from my credit reports effective immediately. I have attached evidence of EQUIFAX 's admission that I, XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, was indeed victimized by this data breach and EQUIFAX has done nothing to correct the matter. Furthermore, I would greatly appreciate assistance in the removal of these illegitimate accounts from my credit report As a result, I, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX UCC 1-308, have personally invested numerous hours researching and studying contract law and consumer law. In particular, TILA ( Truth in Lending Act ) the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ), the CFPA ( Consumer Financial Protection Act ), and the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ) in order to gain a greater understanding of how to properly maintain and exercise my right to redress with regard to this breach. I have spent time typing, editing and creating dispute letters. I have spent time and money, in transit ( XXXX and public transportation ), travelling to the library, post office and IRS offices. Time and money was expended on certified and registered mail, including insurance offered through USPS. Time and money was spent at the notary. Numerous hours spent research articles and watching informative videos. I will provide additional supporting documentation as necessary.
