Consumer Complaint: I have now sent disputes to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX to remove the bankruptcy off of my credit as the court does not report to the bureaus and that is fraudulent and the only agency that removed it was XXXX. I have a printed paper from the court that explicitly says they do not report to the Credit reporting agencies which means that they are committing fraud and possible identity theft. I also sent disputes about other discrepancies on my reports which some of have been changed which proves that there was not accurate reporting being done at all. Per the FCRA they are to report accurate and fair and this has not been done. I want to be paid {$1000.00} per violation of inaccurate reporting per the law.
